On the morning of January 29, 2009 I SUDDENLY HEARD A LOUD SOUND … I looked out to see a large flock of birds “congregated” out back by the pool at our Arlington, Texas home. I saw many varieties of birds on the POWER LINE, in the PALM TREE overlooking the POOL, some perched on the FENCE, and others on the ROOF next door. The SOUND was loud and militant! I saw at least 4 varieties of birds: male/female CARDINALS; male/female BLUE JAYS; male/female ROBINS (red bellies … robins?); and a PLAIN gray variety that I am not familiar with. They were moving TOGETHER. It was a VERY VERY unusual sight that I believe symbolized the many different spiritual giftings within the Church Body. The palm trees were symbolic of Deborah's palm out of the book of Judges. Deborah was a judge and warrior. The birds symbolized the “ARMY OF GOD FLYING (could be a literal interpretation) AND MOVING TOGETHER IN THE SPIRIT … UNITY IN DIFFERENCES ... GRIPPING HIS POWER”!!! Some are in "high places”, some on the "wall (the fence) as Watchmen", some “shouting from the rooftop”, some HIDDEN ONES". There was quite a ROAR OF UNITY coming forth with all the chatter!!!!!! A SIGN!!!!!! The Army of God is RISING! It was SUDDEN and POWERFUL! They moved together!

There is a pattern I have always seen in the Old Testament when reading stories of God’s people, the Israelites. There was peace in the land until “sin entered the camp” … their sin caused the Lord to allow their enemies to come against them … then His people would begin to cry out to Him for help, His intervention. God would hear HIS children’s cries along with their repentance … and out of His great love and mercy, He would send a deliverer.
The United States of America is saturated in sin. It is time for the Body of Christ to wake up, get involved, pray, reach out beyond our comfort zones and differences, REPENT for our multitude of sins, TURN FROM OUR SINFUL WICKED WAYS, and RETURN TO OUR GOD!!!
There is an ARMY OF BELIEVERS within the borders of our country … a remnant … that need to join together in UNITY to make a LOUD SOUND THROUGH IDENTIFICATIONAL REPENTANCE, INTERCESSION PRAYER, WORHIP, and DECLARING FROM THE ROOFTOPS, MOVING TOGETHER rather than moving out as lone rangers making their own way …. creating a ROAR before our HOLY GOD … crying out to HIM to bring the CHANGE that President Obama banked his political platform on. Yet, may it be a SPIRITUAL CHANGE that will surprise even the President!
Lord, we cry out to YOU …. FORGIVE our nation of our sins … we cry out to YOU to CHANGE THE HEART of our new leader to lead this nation in HOLINESS and RIGHTEOUSNESS before you, our Holy God. Your word in Proverbs 21:1 says that you are able to change the heart of the king just as YOU are able to change the direction of the waterways …. YOU ARE ABLE to turn our country back to YOU.

Father, may we, your people, CRY OUT IN UNISON as we petition you on our behalf to send a Deliverer … JESUS CHRIST … to the hearts of ALL the people and to the leader of our nation! We CRY OUT TO YOU TO CAUSE THIS “PROPHETIC INTERCESSION ROAR” TO AWAKEN YOUR BRIDE, the CHURCH, from her slumber, to come together in ONE VOICE, in all HUMILITY to BOW TO YOU, our ONE GOD, asking you to DELIVER US (U.S.) FROM OUR SINS! AMEN
